Introduction

Fine sand recovery system, also known as a fine sand recovery machine, is a new type of environment-friendly equipment. It's developed for dehydration, de-intermediation, and desludging of slurry materials, capable of effectively removing sludge and clay below 75cm, solving the problem of tailings loss and enhancing resource utilization. Specifically designed to recover fines mixed in muddy water discharged from sand washers and for sculting, desliming, and dewatering, it can improve economic benefits while reducing the disposal cost of tailings and pollution. The fine sand recovery device consists of the vibrating motor, return box, hydrocyclone, dewatering screen, cleaning tank, slurry pump, motor, etc.
