Introduction

Bucket wheel sand washer is for cleaning sand and other fine materials. It's applied in sand-making plants to wash out solids and powders from sand. Its main function is to remove impurities like clay, silt, dust and other unwanted particles from sand to obtain cleaner products. However, compared to spiral sand washing machines, bucket wheel sand washers have relatively weaker cleaning capabilities and are more suitable for use in small and medium-sized sand production lines. A bucket wheel sand washer typically consists of main body, bucket wheel, screen, tank, gear box, motor, reducer, and main shaft.
