MTW European trapezoid mill Working Principle :

The main transmission device of the MTW European trapezoidal mill adopts a closed gear box, and the transmission is stable. The upper end of the shaft is connected with a plum blossom frame, which is equipped with a grinding roller device and forms a swing fulcrum. The grinding roller device not only revolves around the central axis, but also revolves around the grinding ring, and the grinding roller itself rotates due to friction. There is a shovel blade system under the plum blossom frame, which is installed on the lower end of the grinding roller. During the same rotation of the shovel blade and the grinding rollers, the material is thrown up and fed between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to form a bedding layer. The rotation of the roller produces an outward centrifugal force (ie, squeezing force) to crush the material, thereby achieving the purpose of milling.
