2、 Maintenance of jaw crusher

1. Lubrication. Pay attention to the lubrication of equipment during the production operation of jaw crusher, just as people need face cream and hand cream, maintaining nourishment and lubrication can present a good state. Generally, the lubricating grease added into the bearing seat due to jaw fracture is about 50% of its space volume, and it is replaced every 3-6 months. An appropriate amount of lubricating grease should be injected between the bracket and the bracket seat.

2. Dust removal: During the production process of a jaw crusher, a large amount of dust is generated, which can cause significant pollution. With the tightening of environmental protection policies in recent years, dust removal is an indispensable link. We can conduct it for different situations.
