Only a small amount of raw materials will not reduce the burden of cone crusher. On the contrary, too little raw materials will not only damage the product output and poor grain shape, but also adversely affect the bearing with cone crusher.
According to the working principle of cone crusher, the actual power of cone crusher shall not be less than 40% of the rated power. In order to obtain proper "load bearing positioning" and maximize productivity, the actual cone crusher power should be kept between 40% - 100% of the rated power. It is the best choice to reach 75% - 95% of the rated power in operation.
The vertical deflector is used to guide the feed falling point at the center of the cone crusher feed inlet. Once the falling point is eccentric, one side of the crushing chamber is full of material while the other side is empty or short of material, which will result in lower crusher throughput, more needle shaped products, oversized product particle size and other adverse effects.
When feeding, it is necessary to avoid the situation that large size stones are concentrated on one side and small size stones are concentrated on the other side, so as to ensure that the stones are mixed evenly.
