1.Keeping the parameters of tight edge discharge opening unchanged

In order to stabilize the output, quality and load of sand and gravel products, the first thing to ensure is that the parameters of the discharge port at the breaking edge of the cone remain unchanged, otherwise it is very easy to lead to an unexpected increase in the product particle size, thereby affecting the entire production line system and the final output.

2.Trying to keep the cone crusher running "full"

If a cone crusher is produced at full load and half load due to unstable feeding and other factors, its product grain size and product rate will also fluctuate. The product of cone crusher running in half chamber is not ideal in grading, needle and sheet shape, etc. Try to ensure the operation of cone breaking chamber, and do not overfeed the feed, so as to obtain better throughput and particle shape.

3. Do not feed too little.

Only a small amount of raw materials will not reduce the burden of cone crusher. On the contrary, too little raw materials will not only damage the product output and poor grain shape, but also adversely affect the bearing with cone crusher.

According to the working principle of cone crusher, the actual power of cone crusher shall not be less than 40% of the rated power. In order to obtain proper "load bearing positioning" and maximize productivity, the actual cone crusher power should be kept between 40% - 100% of the rated power. It is the best choice to reach 75% - 95% of the rated power in operation.

4. The feed falling point should be aligned with the center point of the cone crusher feed inlet.

The vertical deflector is used to guide the feed falling point at the center of the cone crusher feed inlet. Once the falling point is eccentric, one side of the crushing chamber is full of material while the other side is empty or short of material, which will result in lower crusher throughput, more needle shaped products, oversized product particle size and other adverse effects.

5. Ensure uniform feeding

When feeding, it is necessary to avoid the situation that large size stones are concentrated on one side and small size stones are concentrated on the other side, so as to ensure that the stones are mixed evenly.
